Most likely starting prep in January, which should I focus more on classic or the open? Current body weight is mid-high 250s fasted in the AM. Looking like I’ll probably be in between 208-215 on stage which would put me right in the middle of heavyweights. Classic limit for my height is 220lbs so I would still have some room to play with there also.
