Roughly 80-90% of my clients log < 5k steps a day when they first start. Make no mistake, this is SEDENTARY. This is barely moving. Even my nurses and doctors and caregivers/teachers walk 6-7k a day, which is still sub-optimal and does not match up with their perceived step count. Your neat impacts more than just CICO when it comes to losing fat and KEEPING it off. 4 Days To Go! 💛 On this #transformationtuesday I am celebrating the progress of my fitness journey. I sweat, fall, quit, panic, yell, swear and I cry a ton! But it’s all so worth it, because this process has made me incredibly strong.
