Sabe IGUAL a la leche condensada normal!!! Es extremandamente ricaaaa🤩 Me inspire en la receta de @lasupernutricionista !! Cambie solo un par de cositas, para que vayan a ver su cuenta!! Tiene muchas recetas ricas💛 Aquí les dejo esta maravilla👇🏼 𝕀𝕟𝕘𝕣𝕖𝕕𝕚𝕖𝕟𝕥𝕖𝕤: 🌠1, 1/2 taza de leche en polvo (utilicé marca @svelty_cl ) 🌠1 taza de leche descremada liquida 🌠3-4 cdas de alulosa en polvo (u otro endulzante en polvo! Te recomiendo alulosa o tagatosa! Todhunter Fitness: When I'm about to do a heavy set I like to get prepared both in mind and body. How do I do this, well sometimes I use visualization. I'll allow myself to see me doing the set and completing the set. But when the weight is heavier then normal I like to get pissed off. Why do I get pissed off ,well when someone is angry it increases your adrenaline and when we do that it heightens our fight or flight senses. It heightens our alertness, it helps our muscles to contract with a lot more contractile power and frequency which equals a better lift. I've often said to clients when the ask why can't I do this and I'll respond with, get a little pissed off and I'll say 80 percent of the time it works. So get a little pissed off next time you're going for a PR or heavy set and see what happens. Somatotypes We're all created differently, yet we have some similarities. What I'm talking about is Somatotypes. Somatotypes is a form a categorization of body types and frames. There's 3 categories. Ectomorph: Characterize as thin frame with smaller bone structures. Picture an endurance athlete. Tends to be sympathetic (fight or flight ) dominant, with higher output or higher sensitivity to stress hormones like epinephrine and norepinephrine. Usually can eat a lot of food without gaining weight. Mesomorph: Medium bone structer, good amount of muscle and athletic build.  Picture a gymnast. Tends to be testosterone and growth hormone dominant. This combo usually leads these individuals to gain a good amount of muscle mass and can keep body fat % low. Endomorphs: Big bone structure, may have a lot of muscle but also a lot of fat mass. Think powerlifter. These are the opposite to Ectomorphs and may be more parasympathetic dominant (rest and digest ), has a harder time to burn of excess calories. Now, keep in mind it's very hard to categories 7.5 billion people into 3 groups, not everyone is a true Ecto, endo, or mesomorph. Think of it as a continuum. We may be skewed a little bit more towards one direction. However with this said, if you can figure out what your somatotype is, you may be able to figure out what diet or exercise that may work best for you. Ectomorph macro: 55% carbs, 25% protein, 20% fat. Mesomorph macro: 40% carb, 30% protein, and 30% fat. Endomorph macro: 25% carbs, 35% protein,  40% fat. These are just general guidelines, this isn't set in stone. There's a lot of external factors that may go into this as well. We all want abs, but are we all aware of what comes with it ?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I listened to a great podcast with @muscleforlifefitness featuring @helms3dmj discussing Natural Bodybuilding.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ They brought up the great concept of "educated consent" if you want to get super shredded that's fine, but its important to realize what comes with it⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ the difference between Athletic visible abs, getting leaner for a photo shoot (think your favorite Instagram selfie poster ) and getting as lean as possible for a competition are all possible, but its VERY important to be aware of the drawbacks. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ always being hungry, not sleeping well, hormone issues (suppressed anabolic hormones like Testosterone, and the rise is stress hormones like Cortisol ) and a suppressed sex drive with possible erectile dysfunction, are all very REAL realities, that often don't get discussed.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ so what can you do ? well if you are not interested in the drawbacks, 10% body fat is about the point you can healthily maintain, and have visible abs, and even train them for more development. If you still are game to do a competition that is perfectly fine, just be aware, getting Healthy after a competition, can be a huge investment of time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now for context this podcast and its hosts were male. ✨ FEIJOADA VEGAN ✨⠀ ⠀ Tens legumes em casa a estragar-se e não sabes o que fazer com eles ? 🥦🍅🥬⠀ ⠀ Eu pessoalmente adoro feijoada e como tinha feijão, decidi fazer esta versão vegan. Deixo-vos aqui esta sugestão deliciosa, cheia de vitaminas e fibra, com um valor calórico bastante mais baixo do que o prato original. ⠀ ⠀ Podes usar os legumes que quiseres, eu nesta receita usei:⠀ ⠀ • meia curgete ⠀ • 2 cenouras⠀ • Meia couve de lombarda⠀ • Restos de bimis ⠀ • 1 cebola ⠀ • 1 pimento vermelho ⠀ • 1 lata de Feijão manteiga ⠀ ⠀ Cortei os legumes e coloquei numa panela a refogar com 1 fio de azeite e alho. Acrescentei meio copo de vinho branco, meio copo de água e um pouco de polpa de tomate. ⠀ ⠀ Temperei com sal e pimentão doce, baixei o lume e deixei cozinhar por 20 min. Have fun creating + use your favorite @rustysnuts 🌰 1 cup pretzels 1/2 cup whole natural almonds 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp maple syrup 1-2 tsp cinnamon/nutmeg (or @israelidelicious pumpkin pie spice ) 🥣 Grind pretzels + nuts to a meal. Add all the other ingredients. If it’s too dry just add a little more liquid (coconut oil or maple syrup ). Scoop 1 spoonful into a coated muffin tin. (Only use half the crumble... will need another layer ) 👏🏻 🧊Pop in the fridge or freezer for 20-30 minutes. 🥄Layer your favorite nut butter! I I used Almond Cacao Coconut Butter by @rustysnuts (the Almond Halvah is my next choice! ) 👅 🧊Pop back into the fridge 10 minutes. ➕Another spoonful of the pretzel crumble. Pop back into the fridge another 10 minutes or so! (If you’re rushed for time use the freezer ). 🔥Melt your favorite 1/2 cup of your favorite chocolate chips ( @enjoylifefoods #dairyfree ! ) and 1- 2 tbsp coconut oil. 💧Layer onto your perfect cups! Sprinkle with shredded coconut!! 👇🏻 Make it your own 😉 Try short bread cookies instead of pretzels. Do you really want to be known for taking the easy route? For most the easy thing to do is quit when things aren’t moving along. - Don’t be that person. Because the person that I want to be and look up to, is someone that will never give up on themselves. There will be so many times you get frustrated but the biggest factor in your willingness to get better. If you quit, you’re going to have to start the process all over again and the guilt starts to flood in. That will always divide those that succeed from those that wish they were there. It’s as simple as don’t give up when shit gets hard. If you need to just focus on your lifts then focus on that. If you need a diet break go for it but don’t blow it. It’s a give and take process for most. You’ll come out better from the weeks that test you than the one’s that were your best. Success isn’t built on things being perfect 24/7.
