Last nights deadlift session 🔥 This week has been a bit of a whirlwind for me, so my usual gym schedule has been completely balls tbh. But still gotta squeeze them in when I can because the metal and stress relief it gives me is just 👌 Session was as follows: ■ Beltless 170kg deadlift x2 ■ Beltless 150kg deadlift 5x3 ■ Wide grip pull up 5x5 ■ Pendlay Row 70kg 3x10 ■ Resistance band row hold 20 secs x 3 ■ Resistance band good morning 3x10 ■ Hammer curl drop set, 10 reps on - 20kg, 15kg, 10kg, 5kg, 2.5kg no rest - 50 reps in total ■ Barbell bicep curl reverse Pymrid, 5 reps on 45kg, 8 reps on 35kg, 15 reps on 20kg, 20 reps on 10kg Deadlift weight felt stupidly light and I know my max has improved already but I must remain patience and follow the program accordingly. Nein, im Bodybuilding geht es nicht nur um Muskeln, Es geht nicht nur darum wie gut in Form du bist oder wie schwer. Es geht darum wer DU BIST. Du bekommst wenige Sekunden geschenkt um allen zu zeigen was Bodybuilding für dich ist. Für jeden ist es etwas anderes. Für mich jedoch, sind es die Sekunden auf der Bühne die nahezu alle meine Lebensjahre erzählen. Das kleine Kind, das wenn es groß ist irgendwann auf der Bühne mit dem großen O steht. Mr.Olympia.
