Day 136 of 366. So the plan for Quarantine Thursday was supposed to include upper body/abs but I took a Pilates class this morning that kicked my ass which you can tell by the heavy breathing. I’m not going to do anything more than light stretching today. I haven’t taken Pilates in almost a year and I never moved past beginner stage BUT I love trying things that remind me how out of shape I am. Hell yes! 💛 Getting everything ready the night before allows me to have a “I’m set for the day” mindset. . 💥 Anyone else a fan of routines? . 💥 I can’t live without them! Helps me keep control of little things when I have no power over the biggest one of all (the dreaded “C” word ). . 🦠 Those routines help me and my family stay sane and sometimes forget for a little bit about the whole craziness happening at the moment. You almost can pretend like your home is all the other places you would normally go to... work... gym (because at the moment... they are! ). It wouldn’t be a sweet dessert post without a bite shot📸 I think these chocolate mousse oat bars are going to be my new weekly staple!! Holy cannoli these are delicious and made with ingredients you may already have in your kitchen😊 . . Oat layer: 1/2 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup oat flour 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp melted coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp sea salt Chocolate Mousse: 1 ripe avocado 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1.5 tbsp milk (I used cashew milk ) Pinch of sea salt Chocolate chips for topping To make: Preheat oven to 350F. Combine oat layer ingredients in a bowl. Pour oat layer into a lined baking pan, (I only lined about half the pan since it was a small batch ) and press down. Bake for about 15 minutes, then take out of the oven and let it cool. For the mousse, combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend. Once the oat layer has cooled, spread an even layer of the chocolate mousse on top. Sprinkle chocolate chips and sea salt on top. Place in the freezer to harden. Once hardened, slice into bars and enjoy this chocolatey goodness! (This made about 8 bars, double the batch if you want more )

Warum? Ganz einfach: So sehe ich, was wirklich in mir steckt 🙀 So lerne ich mich besser kennen. Und das beste: So sehe ich, wo ich mal enden werde 🔜 Im positiven Sinne, versteht sich 🤓⠀ ⠀ Ist eine Frau hübscher als ich, so jedenfalls in meinen Gedanken, dann gehe ich tief in mich und überlege, wie ich genau so schön sein kann wie sie. Nicht äußerlich, aber innerlich. Wir wissen, dass es egal ist, wie wir aussehen, es ist die Energie, die uns umgibt 🙌🏼 Sehen wir also ein hübsche Frau, dann ist sie idR nicht nur äußerlich schön, sondern es ist dieses Selbstbewusstsein und diese Selbstliebe, die sie nach außen strahlt ☀️ An dieser Stelle: Good News 📰 Du kannst genau so schön sein wie sie, sogar noch schöner 🙀 Aber du es musst zulassen - innerlich ❣️⠀ ⠀ Doch was mache ich, wenn ich Neid auf Dinge verspüre, die ich nicht so einfach mit ‘einem Knopfdruck’ aus mir rausholen kann - Erfolg beispielsweise?
