Back session from this morning... - - I wanted to go in heavy which meant I needed a mindset change: I often suffer from doubt and negative self talk. Every time I found myself thinking derogatory thoughts, I actively changed my thoughts with positive affirmations. - - This session I managed: - • Machine Row: 145kg 3 sets of 8. • V Grip pull: 100kg 4 sets of 10. • BB bent over Row: 90kg 3 sets of 8. • one Arm Row 50kg 4 sets of 8. • Cable Row 85kg 4 Sets of 10. - - Also used the assisted pull machine to develop my wide grip pull ups at the end. - - Positive session, positive mental attitude. [CHEETOS STICKS] Ketchup Cheese flavour 😋😋😋. Let me start this post with a question: why is it that we don’t have any ‘ketchup’ flavoured chips in Australia? For a country so well known for eating tomato sauce, we don’t have any tomato sauce flavoured chips!! That’s mad 🤪. . It truly is one flavour that I can’t help picking up whenever I’m traveling - both Europe and the US have a stack of ketchup flavoured snacks! . With these, the flavour was all too familiar 😍 flight tang, slight zing... followed by a nice crunch, and cheese flavour to round it up! . I’ve been racking my brain trying to think of the local chips that remind me of these in texture... then it came to me... they were actually a ketchup flavoured fat stick like this that I had in Europe 🤦🏻‍♂️😅. . It’s like eating a super fat and airy version of the French Fry chips we have in Australia (actually, they should bring out a ketchup flavour - that would be the bomb! ). . These ones are from Saudi Arabia, and they officially belong to the Cheetos Arabia line! These guys have been bringing out lots of funky flavours we don’t see here or in the US, so I will be trying my hardest to lock a few more down! 💪🏻

Sometimes you need a little leg day therapy to get you through the day. . . A little proud of myself today. Hit a hip thrust PR of 3 reps at 315. I go to the gym ugly af omg. I also go to ActiveSG gyms as well because going to studios for classes all the time is not going to help w my progress. It’s important to make sure you get the right form and movement as you increase weights and I have a problem with that! That’s why I go to the gym, to fix some postures during the exercises so that I will know I’m in the right form the next time I do it in classes.
